4 Months Class Room Training at JAMS Sea man Book (CDC) 3 months / 6 months On Board Training Watch Keeping Certificate (Quarter Master or Motor Man) 12 months Sea Service C.O.C III Mate / IV Engineer With in 20 and ½ months become an officer Elementary First Aid (EFA) – 2 ½ Days Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) – 3 Days Personal Survival Techniques (PST) – 2 ½ Days Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting – 3 Days Oil Tanker Familiarization (OTF) – 5 Days Eligibility Age Limit Medical Standard 10th Pass with 40 % marks in English, Maths & Science. 17 ½ to 25 Years.
